2hr interactive face to face workshop for organisational and sector leaders
Description
This interactive workshop will draw together leaders from multiple organisations and sectors to explore how they can collectively and collaboratively improve the mental health and wellbeing of children and families in their community.
The workshop will introduce a system approach to supporting child mental health and help to explore the role that organisations and organisational leaders can play in improving child mental health outcomes in the region.
The workshop will also create an opportunity to explore cross sector collaborations across the region and involving families in shaping services designed for them.
Learning Outcomes
Workshop participants will:
- Work together to develop a shared understanding of improving children’s social and emotional
- Wellbeing within their community
- Enhance their child mental health literacy
- Begin to explore opportunities to work collectively within their region and;
- Be introduced to how change could happen within their own practice or organization
Who this training is for: managers and leaders from child and adult focused services, primary care leadership, commissioning managers, policy makers.
